We are an independent travel-information portal and not the official site of Phuket International Airport. Complaints about material published elsewhere should go to whoever operates that site.

To be effective, a notice of claimed infringement must contain all of the following: a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it — a full URL is best; your contact details, including address, telephone number and e-mail.

It must also contain two statements: that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and that the information in the notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

An incomplete notice slows everything down. If something essential is missing we will say what it is, and the clock starts again when we receive it.

We review the notice and, where it is valid and complete, remove or disable access to the material expeditiously. We keep a record of the notice and of what we removed.

Where we can identify who published the material, we pass on a copy of the notice so that they can respond with a counter-notification if they believe the removal was mistaken.

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to [email protected].

A counter-notification must include: your signature; identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, together with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the complaining party.

Where the law requires it, we may restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless the complaining party notifies us that it has filed an action seeking a court order.

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright. What counts as repeated is judged on the record of notices we have received and acted on.

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation — that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake — carries liability for damages, including costs and legal fees, under the law that governs this procedure. Send a notice only about material you genuinely hold rights in.

We may update this page as our contact details or procedures change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and the current version is the one that applies.
